1. What is Starlink, and how does it work? Starlink is a satellite internet constellation operated by SpaceX, providing high-speed, low-latency internet access to underserved and remote areas. It works by beaming internet signals from a network of satellites in low Earth orbit to a user's satellite dish, providing a direct connection to the internet. Our Starlink rental package includes a Starlink satellite dish, a Wi-Fi router, and all necessary cables and accessories. Everything you need for a seamless internet experience is provided in the rental package.
2. Can I move my Starlink equipment to a different location during the rental period? Yes, you can relocate your Starlink equipment to a different location within the coverage area during the rental period. However, please notify us in advance so that we can assist with the relocation process.
3. What are the contract terms for Starlink rental? Our Starlink rental service offers flexible contract terms to suit your needs. You can choose from daily, weekly, or monthly rentals.
4. How do I troubleshoot any issues with my Starlink connection? In case of any issues, our customer support team is available to assist you. You can contact us via phone or email, and our technicians will guide you through troubleshooting steps.
5. What speeds can I expect with Starlink? Starlink offers speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 300 Mbps, with latency typically between 20 and 40 ms on fixed plans and 50-100 ms on mobile plans. However, actual speeds may vary based on factors such as location, network congestion, and atmospheric conditions. Priority data is given network priority over standard data, so users experience faster speeds, especially during peak usage.
6. Can I use my own router with Starlink? While the rental package includes a Wi-Fi router, you can use your own router if it is compatible with the Starlink system. Our support team can provide guidance on configuring your router to work seamlessly with Starlink.
7. What happens if there are service interruptions due to weather or other factors? Starlink is designed to work in various weather conditions, but in rare cases, severe weather may impact the service. If interruptions occur, our team will actively monitor the situation and work to restore the service as quickly as possible. Additionally, we provide guidance on optimizing your dish placement to minimize weather-related disruptions.

Our 5G Modems are available on a variety of data carriers. For our USA customers, the choices are Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, or our High-Performance Priority Sims.
AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile all offer 5G networks, but their speeds and coverage vary:
T-Mobile: Known for the most extensive 5G coverage, T-Mobile’s mid-band "Ultra Capacity" 5G delivers speeds averaging 150-300 Mbps, with peak speeds up to 1 Gbps in some areas.
Verizon: Verizon's 5G is split between its high-speed "Ultra Wideband" (mmWave) network, offering peak speeds over 1 Gbps in select urban areas, and its "5G Nationwide" (low-band) network, which averages speeds of around 100-200 Mbps.
AT&T: AT&T provides 5G with a focus on low- and mid-band coverage. Their speeds typically range from 75-250 Mbps, with their fastest service, "5G+," delivering over 1 Gbps in limited areas.
High Performance SIM – These SIM cards are designed to be carrier-agnostic and device-agnostic, which gives clients full control over connectivity, even allowing automated switching based on factors such as location or signal strength. Our High Performance SIMs ensure continuous, uninterrupted service even in mission-critical applications like streaming, video conferencing, content transmission, or connected vehicles. They offer the highest priority data on all three cellular networks but come at a price premium of $8 / GB. They will also work outside of the USA for a fixed price per GB.
